I apparently missed some major excitement (more on this later) in the form of an impeachment resolution brought to the floor by Congressman Kucinich. This was not surprising, for he had long announced that it was coming down the pike. What was surprising is that a strange political dance occurred in which Democratic leaders in the House became Cheney water carriers and even more strangely, the Republican leadership appeared to side with the few Dems wanting this resolution to be debated...[Open in new window]
