If one reads through a certain amount of material on Mr. Ledeen it becomes clear that one has all kinds of reasons to think that he may have been involved in the forgeries that led to the Italian 'intelligence' suggesting that Saddam Hussein had attempted to procure yellowcake uranium in Niger.
The claim that Joe Wilson debunked and that led to...etc, etc.
In other words be looking for Mr. Ledeen's name to surface in the weeks to come. That is if 'the system works'. Which at this point in US history may or may not be true.

Here's a link to a recent article by Mr. Ledeen from the NATIONAL REVIEW. And guess what? He's raving about attacking Iran. Go figure.
He seems to get an awful lot of his info 'beamed in' from mysterious sources so that it's very hard to check them. A hallmark of agit/prop and FOX NEWS NETWORK reports.
